True Blessings in Life!!

September 13, was the most life changing events that has ever taken place in my life. That was the day that I became a MOTHER! My daughter Lillian Gabrielle Matthews was born that day, at 3:30pm. She weighed 6lbs 14oz and was 19 1/2" long. She was delivered by Cesarean. But she entered my world with happiness and entered my heart with joy!! And I can not and will not forget the process of my baby coming into the world. I feel even closer to my daughter because I feel like we are the same person. The significance about her birth is that she weighed 1 oz more than I did, she was born 29 min before I was, and we both were born cesarean, due to our heart rates dropping. She turned a month old October 13th. I can't believe it has already been that long. God has blessed me abundantly! I know My husband is a proud father. He loves his little princess. I love to think of all the holidays we will be spending with her!!! Little girls are cuties and I know she will be. Looking forward to it!!

Lillies very own room!!!I am so excited, She is my first and I can't do anything but thank the good Lord for her! I can not wait to meet her for the first time. I also can not wait to up load beautiful pictures of her, and the crazy things that she will do, on here!!!
My Mom and My sister Kelly threw me this amazing baby shower. I got almost everything I needed, and the only things left for me to get where a couple of drop-in bottles, bottle liners. And a few other little odds and ends.
I have so many things in store for Lillie. all the mother/daughter moments are heart warming just thinking about them. I pray that I make the wonderful mother that I want to be. I know with Gods grace, love, and support I will be.
